- Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers, and this includes all products offered in our store.

- Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.

- Returns are allowed within three (3) days, and exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be exchanged for another product if the product is defective, has a specific defect, or is not used as agreed upon.

- The customer will receive a full refund if the product they received differs significantly from the product description on the product page on our website.

- We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product usage that we did not specify on the product page on our website.

- A 30% discount or an amount not less than 25 dirhams will be deducted if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any noteworthy problem.
